Bookings are by appointment only. It is strongly recommended that if you require an evening appointment you book in advance.
You can book via text. Please include your name, the treatment you require and the day/time you would prefer. All new client bookings will be required to pay a £15 non-returnable booking fee which will be deducted from the balance of your treatment on the day.
I will require an email address. You will then receive an online consultation form to fill in. Whilst I only require you to fill this in annually, you must notify me of any changes in your health or any concerns you may have. Along with that email you will also receive a booking fee email as referred to above to secure your appointment. This needs to be paid within 24 hours of receipt or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
24 hours before your appointment you will receive a text/email reminder. If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, please confirm via this message. Failure to do this may lead to you having to prepay for your appointment in full next time you want to book.
No shows will not be tolerated, and no further appointments will be given.
Non-returnable booking fees are not refundable or transferable.
Until further notice due to Covid 19 you will be required to complete a declaration prior to EACH appointment. This will be sent via email the day before your appointment. Failure to complete this declaration will result in the cancellation of your appointment. This is to ensure your health and safety as well as my own
